Returns Policy

Items must be returned in original condition, unused and unwashed, unless given express permission by Shorepilot. Return must be shipped within 30 days of original delivery date to customer. Customer is responsible for return shipping back to Shorepilot, unless given alternate instructions by Shorepilot.

Original purchase price of item(s) will be refunded, upon receipt and inspection of items to Shorepilot. Damaged items will be subject to review by Shorepilot as per the Shorepilot Limited Warranty guidelines, and express permission granted at time of return authorization. Please allow up to 10 days to process refund from date of delivery to Shorepilot. Please contact support@shorepoilot.com for additional questions.
